Service Contracts
We offer yearly renewable service agreements. We refer to our service agreements as preventative maintenance agreements - our goal is to keep your valued equipment in peak operating condition on preventative service calls we generate. Eliminating "down machine" calls! This saves DocuQuest time and revenue - which is passed back to you our valued customer. It generally makes your investment last years longer. Most of our customers and their employees like the fact that their equipment is rarely in-operable. It only makes sense - would you drive your car until the tires fell off and the engine blew up?

DocuQuest services equipment on a break down and fix-it hourly charge. A lot of our customers on this plan have us stop by for a semi-annual cleaning calabrating and updating of their equipment. It is possible to up grade to a preventative maintenance agreement at any time.
